Project Management

At Tripwireless we pride ourselves on handling large scale telecommunications projects at a fraction of the cost.

Our Project Management & Logistics Team manages end-to-end telecom logistics, including but not limited to project creation, time-management organization, hiring and managing contractors, cell site upgrade / installation / decommission,  equipment disposal, warehousing logistics,  and last-mile programs.

Disposals

Tripwireless handles equipment disposals with a large network of reputable recyclers in the United States.

Each telecom recycler has been vetted and verified, so each disposal project can be managed hassle-free.  We handle:

  • Obsolete equipment

  • Coax cables

  • Miscellaneous materials and batteries

We provide you with a snapshot of the process metrics and logistics, along with key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress. This turnkey approach allows you to bundle your needs and have a single point of contact for your entire project.

Installations and De-Installations/Decommissions

Tripwireless has the experience, flexibility and resources to manage both installations and de-installations/decommissions of large and complex wireless telecom equipment and infrastructure, including:

  • Cell Sites

  • Racks & Stacks

  • Data Centers

  • Central Office

  • MTSO / LCC (Local Connectivity Center)

  • Power & Tower

Our battery recyclers are all required to produce an EPA compliant death certificate, bringing all parts of the telecom disposal full circle.

Our verified telecom recyclers enable Tripwireless to track decommissioned assets end-to-end, further adding to the telecom data metrics.
